“The staff at Vufold are excellent, extremely helpful and kept me fully updated on delivery. The door kit arrived on time and was very well wrapped to protect it from damage. It fitted perfectly into the door opening, all dimensions that I had supplied were achieved. It takes time to fit as the glass installation is a slow process but the finished door looks great and works perfectly. Very pleased, definitely recommend!”

“The black doors have silver alluminum showing where they have been cut. The protective plastic is also stuck in areas where two pieces of aluminum have been put together in the manufacturing process and I'm not sure how I will get it out. Do not have time or money to have the doors removed so I haven't and re-fitted so I haven't raised this with vufold. Can't comment on the customer service for this matter. The doors did not arrive in time before christmas, the communication around this was excellent. They did try to have the doors delivered by an alteranative method, but it all sounded a bit complicated, when they called to ask if we could personally lift them off the truck.”

This is not the standard we aim for, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please know that we are here to help, and we do not expect you to incur any costs to rectify this situation. Our dedicated customer service team is on hand to assist with such matters. We are also sorry to hear that the doors did not arrive in time before Christmas. Unfortunately, we were unable to get them to you using our normal 2-man delivery service as it had reached the cut-off to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. However, our other carrier would have been able to deliver it, but as you mentioned, they would have required assistance with unloading. While you should not have experienced these issues, we would much prefer to be contacted directly so we have the opportunity to put these unfortunate events right. We will discuss this further with our production team, and our aftercare team will contact you directly to get this resolved for you. If you need to contact us beforehand, please email aftercare@vufold.co.uk or call 01625 442 899. We have created a case in our system and we want to work with you to resolve this issue. 06/02 - Update. Since receiving your review, we have made several attempts to contact you to resolve the issues you raised. Unfortunately, we have not received a response. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can resolve the issues and ensure you are satisfied with your product. Thank you for your understanding and patience. “I was really nervous when I ordered our doors. I had to order bespoke due to the size of the opening. But when they arrived I was over the moon. The crittal doors looked amazing. They were also incredibly well wrapped. I highly recommend vufold.”
