“I liked being able to read the individual information on the projects and to read the reviews of past volunteers. The website is very comprehensive. The pre departure booklet was very efficient and helpful. I very much enjoyed working at my placement. I achieved more than I thought was possible. I really enjoyed the boat trip down a river in Tam Coc. I also enjoyed Halong Bay and the villages in Sapa. Everything about the placement was amazing. All the local staff and at the school made me feel very welcome safe and supported. Accommodation was nice and comfortable. Food was excellent. Our cook &quot Nga&quot provided by Volunteering Solutions was the most amazing cook. I would surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to friends and family.”

“The website was very easy to navigate it looked professional with plenty of useful information about the programs.The pre-departure booklet provided me with enough information to answer all my questions. I kept in consistent contact with one of the staff and I felt like I was getting one-on-one special service which I really liked. I really enjoyed working at my project because it was very flexible and the school choosen for me was perfect because they were close to my age. The highlight was my students treating me so well and even offering to take me around Vietnam with them. My coordinator was really friendly and quite helpful. The meal was healthy and delicious. I would definitely recommend this program to others because the volunteering aspect was fantastic.”

“How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The Pre departure contact was very comprehensive. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? Very pleasant. I really love the English teachers there. Some of the students were a bit lazy but others were very keen and interested in learning. Also very convenient to live so close. Accommodation and meals Lunch and dinner were always very nice. Lots of variety with both meat and vegetables. Breakfast could be more interesting but fruit was always good. Coordinator Staff are very helpful for solving all of my problems and questions. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no YES”
