“The website is very well organized easy to find your way around. Also good that you can log into your own account. The pre departure booklet was helpful as well. I very much enjoyed working at my program placement. It was a very enjoyable two weeks. Really enjoyed spending time with the children. Also Chiang Mai is a lovely city to spend time in. Taking the children from the orphanage swimming was definitely a highlight of the trip. The coordinators were fantastic! Couldn&#39 t have asked for a nicer group of people they go out of their way to make sure you are okay and help you settle. The volunteer house was great place to stay very comfortable Enjoyed eating with the children at the orphanage. I would definitely recommend this project to people thinking of volunteering.”

“The new website is really beautiful! I especially liked the videos because I got a good impression of the accommodation. The pre departure booklet was good. When we had questions per email there was an quick answer. I liked my placement specially working with the kids. I am happy to be able to play games with the kids and see how happy they are when they see you every morning. Accommodation and meals were very good. The host family was very nice. I will also miss my nice room! The coordinator was helpful too. I would recommend Volunteering Solutions to those who are looking to volunteer abroad.”

“The explanation of the program was good and clear. Website was easy to use. The pre departure booklet was very good clear and concise. I enjoyed working at my placement. I learnt a lot from the elephants. I enjoyed living a bit the life of the mahout as we also spent time with their wives and children. Knowing Thai people and their culture is also one of my highlight from the program in Chiang Mai. The accommodation was really nice. The food was excellent. The country coordinator was nice he did what he had to do. He was open and helped us if we needed something. I would surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to anyone who is looking for a true experience.”

“What areas did you like about our website? The program descriptions were very clear and thorough and all my questions were answered in the FAQ&#39 s section. How did you find the pre departure booklet given to you and the service of the staff in regards to answering your questions and helping you prepare? The pre-departure booklet was very useful. It answered almost all my questions and inquires by email were always responded very quickly. Did you enjoy working at your project / placement? I enjoyed every minute of the time I spent with the kids whether it was helping them cook playing card games with them or teaching them English. Accommodation and meals Accommodation is great and the meals provided by the staff are plentiful and delicious. Coordinator The staff have been absolutely amazing. They were always there for us when we needed help and they are always so friendly and easy going. What was the highlight of your volunteering experience and your trip? The highlight of my trip was probably meeting all the other lovely volunteers and getting to know them so well within such a short time. Also the time I spent with the kids simply playing with them and helping them do their chores. Would you recommend this program and our organization to others? yes/no Yes I would recommend people to do this program for a long period of time so that they could get to know the kids more and the kids would also like to see someone familiar for a long time instead at having people come and go so quickly.”

“I think the website is very good and the information is clear enough. The pre departure booklet is very useful to me. It has many information there and helps us a lot. We always received quick replies to our queries through emails we would also like to thank you for that. I really enjoy working at my placement. I haven&#39 t been a teacher before and this experience is really very unforgettable. This school is beautiful and the teachers are very kind as well. The children we teach are smart and lovely. The highlight of my volunteering trip would be teaching the children and when they all said &quot I Love You Teacher&quot to me I felt very happy. The accommodation and meals were wonderful. The place we live is very nice. And we have different kind of meals everyday. Thai food is really delicious. Our coordinator&#39 s are very kind and helped me a lot. The family is really very friendly. I felt very happy to be able to live with them. I would recommend Volunteering Solutions I will tell my friends because I think this experience is really nice.”

“The information on the website is pretty clear many pictures and the reviews from other volunteers. We knew some basic information about Thailand from pre departure booklet. and the Thai phrases are useful. I like my program placement. We taught English in a primary school and all the children and teachers are nice. We really enjoyed the classes. The highlight of my trip would be the children we met in school and made friends with other volunteers. The volunteers are from different part of the world but we met here and get along with each other well. I would recommend Volunteering Solutions to friends.”

“The website was clear easy to follow and everything else was easy to obtain like cost etc. The pre departure booklet was very useful and concise. I had the time of my life at my placement. I couldn&#39 t have asked for anything better. The highlight of my volunteering trip was seeing the children respond to me and become less shy me feeling comfortable to stay at the school. Accommodation very central great location and comfortable. Meals were good and healthy. The coordinators were helpful and always available. I would surely recommend Volunteering Solutions to people who want to help others.”

“The pre departure booklet was very informative and website was pretty easy to navigate through. The staff were very quick to reply to questions very helpful with lot of information all aspects covered. The program placement exceeded my expectation in many ways it was wonderful. So much was gained and will impact me for a long time. All aspects were great safe well organized well looked after. The highlight of my volunteering experience and trip was the real cultural insight into the country and the people and enlightening the children lives. The accommodation was wonderful clean and safe. The food was amazing food and accommodation was much better than expected. The coordinators were very helpful too. I will recommend Volunteering Solutions to anyone looking to volunteer in near future.”
