“The above item was advertised as having a 15.8mm diameter head. I particularly ordered these for the larger head.On arrival it was found that the head was only 14.3mm in diameter. I have messaged the Customer Services department and chased my enquiry up twice, without any response other than we are looking into it. Not impressed at all.”

Following our phone conversation this afternoon, our supplier informed us of the incorrect head diameter. This has now been updated on our website to the correct measurement. As agreed I have sent over a pre-paid label for you to return the goods back to us, once received we will issue a full refund including carriage for the inconvenience and error.
