Sorry to see you have had issues fitting your film.
It's common to see small bubbles under freshly-installed film. Normally, these bubbles should go away within a couple of weeks.
If they are still remaining, then you can adequately heat the film, then reuse the spray bottle to apply a fine mist of water to the window tint. The cold water interacting with the hot window will loosen the adhesive, making it easier to get the air bubbles out.
