Thank you for your review and recent order.
We understand from another review you made that the Trimming Guide 5 way tool you ordered was damaged in transit. If you had contacted us when your order was delivered and emailed a picture we would of course sent a replacement free of charge.
If we aren't made aware that the tool arrived damaged then we can't resolve the problem.
Please email us if you did take pictures and we will happily send a replacement to you and we do apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused.
