“Only downside was the film was either the bottom or middle of the film should have been the top of the film so you see the tips of the reeds. The film does what we wanted it to do lets in light and gives privacy.”

“I wrongly assumed the Willow Reed pattern as shown on your website would be supplied in a vertical pattern. I did find the "roll height" and "roll length" confusing when I was ordering. I thought I'd ordered it correctly, but I didn't which resulted in the pattern being supplied horizontally.
I looked back at your website after the film arrived and I'm still confused! :)”
