“I found the whole idmatch bike fit process comprehensive, informative and a pleasure, and Hayden was instrumental to that. I’ve had traditional bike fits before, but this was my first technology-based fit, and being able to feel small changes in position (made in real-time whilst pedaling) felt much more targeted and natural. “I've had bike fits in the past done by very experienced individuals, I was a good fit and felt ok on the bike. As we age our body changes and the idmatch fit is incredible. I have never let this comfortable on a bike. If you are thinking of a bike fit get this booked right away. With Hayden at the controls talking you through the detailed procedure it's great. Couldn't recommend the complete process enough.”

“How on earth could this take two hours? Well it did and not a minute was wasted, because the process of body measurement, best position for touring and finally transfer of all measurements to my bicycle, was very thorough. I have been cycling for over eight decades and have been continuously tweaking my bike fit. With the basic settings my results were pretty good, with two exceptions. Saddle height to be raised 14mm, the most surprising was the big variations in left and right fit for the shoe cleats. Thank you Hayden, money well spent and now I can just enjoy my riding and stop fiddling about with various spanners!”

“I would highly recommend the idmatch bike fit at Vires Velo. When you are making a significant investment in a bespoke bike getting a great fit is essential. Hayden is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the sport which makes the fitting highly informative and useful. He asks good questions and listens to better understand your riding style and ultimate goals thereby ensuring you get the right set up on your new bike, You also get a chance to visit the showroom and chat with the Vires Velo team, this meant I left there feeling confident and happy with the choices I made.”

“The whole journey I went through to get to a really good fit was excellent. I have had a bike fit before, using Retul, but I found idMatch much better. It just seems a really logical approach and as someone who works in data I really liked the use of modern technology to get to a good starting point. Then working with Hayden we then adjusted from there based on feel and experience to really dial things in. I was really happy with the result and it actually changed my position on the bike while keeping me feeling comfortable and efficient. I’d definitely recommend to others”

“Firstly, any bike fit is only as good as the fitter. Hayden was excellent throughout my fitting and supported my goals and aims for the fitting impeccably. The attention to detail on my physiology review and current discomfort issues before getting on the bike was thorough and was a real learning experience for me. The idmatch system then allowed us to refine every aspect of the bike fit, and the ability for the system to model 'live' changes in position was so beneficial. It is unlike any other fit I have received. Really would recommend this service on other fits, and this 'live' adjustment is a real key selling point.”
