Thank you for your feedback, I apologise that there have been seedlings growing in your garden as the seeds used in this mix are part seeds and unable to germinate, however the odd seeds may have slipped through and still have the potential to grow.
We hope that future orders do not have the same result

Thank you for your feedback, when introducing a new seed mix to a garden birds will either ignore it or be less inclined to try it. Placing the new seed next to an existing feeder with the seed mix they are used to will encourage them to try it, sometimes this can take a few weeks before they are feeding happily.
