“Arrived a couple of weeks ago. Being made of concrete it is pretty heavy compared to a traditional wood box. It also feels a lot colder. As long as it is not dropped I should think it will last a lot longer than a wood box. Also you don't need a face plate around the entrance hole to stop squirrels and other predators. It is too early to tell whether the birds like it.”
