With 50% more fat than our traditional Suet Fat Balls, our Super Suet Fat Balls are a firm favourite with garden birds and an extremely popular choice in most peoples' gardens. They are a valuable source of energy for a wide range of species, with the Tit family especially enjoying them. Made up of mealworm powder, peanut & wheat flour, finely ground & mixed with the suet, giving a pale finish. Beware of cheap suet balls as they can be mixed with sand, grit or sweepings to bulk them out

“I have bought other fat balls from local shops and the birds turn up their noses. Vine House Farm's fat balls get eaten quickly every time. Starlings, blue and great tits, sparrows and dunnocks, and more have all been seen regularly feeding from them.”

“Are you using a different recipe or supplier? The last two boxes of these fat balls have not been as popular as all previous boxes - and I have been buying them for several years so it's noticeable.”

“These are exceptionally good Suet Fat Balls. These are much softer than the cheaper hard versions and full of visible nutrients to keep wild birds healthy and well fed in the cold winter months. I always buy the box of 150 for quanity and quality. Its a great value product.”

“These are so much better than the standard Rick hard fat balls . Long tailed Tits love them , not to mention the Great Spotted Woodpeckers.”

“As always, these are very popular with lots of different birds and are eaten very quickly. A great spotted woodpecker has been feeding on them regularly as well as all the smaller birds. Great value if buying in large quantity and I share with a friend.”
