Dried Mealworms Reviews

Read Vine House Farm Reviews

Our Dried Mealworms are a great source of protein and have been a real hit since we first introduced them. Dried mealworms have a similar level of fat and protein as the live equivalent.
What birds enjoy eating Dried Mealworms?
Dried mealworms will be eaten by most soft bill species and in particular Robins, Starlings and Blackbirds. House Sparrows will also eat them.
How do I feed Dried Mealworms to birds?
Dried Mealworms can be fed on their own, in a mealworm feeder or can be added to seed mixes. It’s very important that Dried Mealworms are soaked in water prior to feeding in the breeding season, as it is also the moisture that the young nestlings require.
How should I store dried mealworms?
They should be stored in a dry cool place.

Great quality and the mealworms were not too large so smaller birds could benefit as well.

As always delivery was prompt. I've been purchasing from Vinehouse for a few years now and the service is absolutely outstanding - "the birds think so too" - thank you so very much.

Our first time purchasing Dried Mealworms. Wanting to provide the best we can for the birds who visit our garden we were delighted with the product, and will continue to buy more.

Much the same as any other mealworms but far too expensive. Over £5 for a sachet that will only last a fortnight at the most. I won’t order them again at that price.
