These blocks are lovely quality and they are devoured within a couple of days by all sorts of birds. I feed them one at a time in a suet block feeder which hangs safe from squirrels. Very pleased with the Eco packaging as well. Highly recommended.

Only just put them up so can't tell how much the birds like them. Good that everything is recyclable including binding tape.

I purchased a feeder and suet blocks (both from Vine House Farm). The blocks are a poor fit in the feeder and after several days the birds are not showing any interest.

The birds like these suet blocks and I like that they are packaged in paper and card - no plastic, no recyclable plastic. Perfect.

The birds appear to relish these and I like the paper/cardboard packaging.

The proof of the pudding comes in the voracious attack on the blocks from a hoard of blue tits and great tits - they even allow the garden robin to have a peck occasionally!!

I have been buying regularly from Vine House Farm for years. The service ia always terrific. The order comes quickly, is well packed and is always what I ordered. And the birds seem to love it. I also really applaud the fact that Vine House give a proportion of thier takings to the County Wildlife Trusts. And, I really enjoy Nicholas' monthly newletter which expains what is going on on the farm in a way which non-farmers can appreciate. I sometimes pass it on to farming friends (here in Hampshire) who farm very different soils and landscape, and they also enjoy the contrast to thier own experiences. Let's face it, suet blocks etc are probably not the most exciting purchase, but it is these other factors that make me return to Vine House again and again.
