“I'm pleased to say that on this occasion the courier (DHL) did actually ring the bell to announce the delivery of my order.
Whereas last time although I was in the delivery was left in my unlocked porch unannounced (allegedly because I was away although as stated I was not "away" at the time of delivery)
In my experience irrespective of any "If out" delivery instructions, parcels are usually left in my unlocked porch without any attempt to notify of their arrival!!!”
