“Bought for the pheasants visiting my garden as it’s cheaper than the Premium I buy for the other birds but they don’t seem keen on one of the elements - looks like wheat berries? It does get eaten eventually but always last. I don’t keep poultry as such though, so can’t comment on how well it would go down with captive birds.

Poultry Mix is made up of poultry pellets, wheat and kibbled maize. You could try feeding straight wheat to the pheasants - that's what they feed on here at Vine House Farm.
