“I've no problem with the quality of the mix. However, for the second time a bag was delivered that had been damaged in transit and temporarily taped up. On the previous occasion nearly half of the contents has been lost; this time it was 10%. Vine House Farm dealt have dealt well with the issue and have replaced the missing seed without fuss but there does seem to be a problem sometimes with how the bags are handled by the courier, as the bags should be strong enough to cope with transit.”
