Sadly, the last two seed bags have been damaged, It looks like the bags are lifted by their "ears", and they must burst. The carrier then ties them up with brown parcel tape. Previously I was sent the incorrect product. I complained and they agreed it was incorrect. No apology was offered, and I had to ask for a refund of the difference. OK it was only about £5, but the refund should have been offered at once. Very poor customer relations

Our garden birds love Premium High Energy. There's no waste, and any seeds which end up on the ground are eaten by our regular hedgehog visitor. I would never change to any other seeds.

My birds cannot talk, but, actions speak louder than words. The birds are going to cost me more as I have noted increased patronage! Vey good.

First time I've bought this particular seed mix and it's going down a treat with the birds in my garden.
