Our Premium Finch Mixed Seed has been designed specifically with finches in mind, who love sunflowers and other small, oil rich seeds. This seed mix (along with our Finch Mixed Seed) is the only mix that contains niger seed which is a real favourite of Goldfinches and Siskins. This mix is suitable for seed feeders, bird tables and ground feeders

The sack contains far too much Niger Seeds in relation to any other seeds. This is the reason why I have rated the product poor.

Hello Thank you for your review. As niger seed is very small compared to the other seed`s in the mix ,it can settle at the bottom of the bag . I would suggest when the seed arrives give it a good mix . This is the only mix we do that contains niger seed and all the ingredient's used are electronically measured out and checked. A fantastic seed blend to attract the finch family into your garden. Kindest Regards Vine House Farm

This finch mix is full of quality seed with no nasty bits of corn or oats. Just about every bird that visits the garden loves this food, especially the sparrows. This contains a very good mix of premium seeds which are in good proportions and well worth the money.

Birds almost don’t wait for me to leave garden before attacking the refilled bird feeders, so it obviously appeals to their appetite! Great feed as always

This mix is very, very popular with the local birds. It's almost as if they can't get enough of it. if we ever 'run out' because we haven't ordered it soon enough, we are in their 'bad books'.

All good, but I would have preferred a paper over a plastic sack.
