The small birds in my garden search through the seeds for the sunflower seeds. The discarded seeds fall to the grass below where the larger birds are waiting. The seeds are very popular with all the birds.

All the seeds are eaten but the black sunflower husks are messy. I would go for sunflower hearts in future even if a bit more expensive.

This is the first time I have purchased this mix. The first fit time that I have had the black sunflower seeds in. I have not yet been able to identify which breed is using them! They have been going though. I do feel that the mix is less attractive to the Pigeons . Yippee.
