“The bird seed is fine and the time taken to deliver very quick but, yet again, the problem lies with where the large sacks of seed are placed when they reach my house. The note on the sacks clearly states that seed bags are to be left by garage as I have many steps up to my front door and I do not want or have space for the bags to be stored inside the house. However many times I make this request, it is ignored and I do not believe the instructions are ever read. Last time a delivery was made I was in my back garden and could not reach the front of my house before the bags were left at my house. Where were they, slap bang in front of my front door. Had I not anticipated where they had been left, when I opened my front door, I could have fallen right over the top of them and then down the many steps I have leading up to my house. This has been a bone of contention for years. Is it not possible to deliver via a firm that reads and follows the instructions?”

“The seeds seem popular, but I noticed that many black sunflower seeds are scattered uneaten below the feeder. These seeds make up quite a percentage of the seed mix.”
