“It took several weeks for the birds to use this feeder but the goldfinches now happily use it to feed on Niger Seeds. The feeder is easy to dismantle and clean.
We did, however, at your newsletter's recommendation, try it with red millet, to attract more tree sparrows. Unfortunately none of our birds (including our resident tree sparrows) will touch the red millet despite putting it in various feeders and on a ground feeding station. So we are left with 13kg of red millet - any suggestions!”
