They fell to pieces far to soon.

Thank you for your feed back, we are sorry to hear that the Fat Balls have fell apart quicker than previous batches, it may have been the weather playing a part in this if it has been too hot or if the fat balls have gotten wet that they would then begin to fall apart. We now have our Super Suet Fat Balls back in stock which are softer than the Suet Fat Balls but they do not fall apart so quickly.

Our resident flock of tree sparrows can't get enough of these. They have learned to cling on to the fat ball feeder - so have the blackbirds and starlings. All types of tit love them and Woody Woodpecker tries his luck occasionally, too. There's always a woodpigeon waiting underneath the feeder waiting for the bits that fall down. I love that we can source them in a large quantity packed in a cardboard box - I repack them into plastic tubs left over from other brands so that we are not buying into more single-use plastic. So they seem like a winner all round.

Maybe, because of the warmer weather, these fat balls Were delivered in a sorry state, about 30% broken into small pieces and could not be used in the normal holder. As they fell apart so quickly the ground beneath the feeders developed a layer of fat that proved impossible to clean off grass. I have used your products for many years and these were not up to usual standard.

Unfortunately a lot of the fat balls had partially disintegrated - not impossible to use but not 'balls'

Very pleased with this product and buy regularly. Delivery always very prompt, though slightly slower at the moment!

The suet fat balls are very good and very popular with the sparrows and blue tits - BUT, cramming 150 into a 100 box meant that many were crushed into crumbs when they were delivered.

Unfortunately at least one third of the balls wee broken and could not be used in the suet ball feeder. However the suet ws fed on the bird table.
