Great for fledglings and smaller garden birds, chopped peanuts can be easily digested. They can be fed on their own or mixed with other bird seeds.

Little disappointed that one of my bags of chopped peanuts which appeared to have been damaged in transit was left on doorstep with out any attempt to advise that delivery had been made ( I.e. door bell etc not rung ) and some of the nuts falling out onto the door step . It doesn't look like many chopped nuts have been lost, so I wasn't going to complain. It would just have been nice to get an apology from the delivery company. All past deliveries have been good. Thanks PeterAshton

Other years I have used whole peanuts and the birds were often slow to eat them but this year I chose chopped peanuts and the birds are queueing up to get at them. They are an absolute a winner as far as I am concerned, providing the little birds with so much goodness to see them through the winter (I hope)!

If there is one food that seems to be loved by all birds, it is peanut kibble. Without fail the feeder tube is emptied so it does not rot the way whole peanuts can sometimes. The birds love the energy boost from it. Best to buy in a big bag
