“Dreadful customer service!!! on ordering no mention the plaque would take up to eight weeks ours took over ten. I contacted them, twice first reply was it said it would take up to eight weeks when ordering I did not see this, second time I contacted them they apologised and refunded me £15. Personally I don’t think it was worth £146 and I don’t think they are made by ‘Village Green’ mine was dispatched from a company called Arcola.”

Dear Paula, We do apologise that you were unable to see that the sign would take anywhere between 6-8 weeks to make we do advise this on our website. I understand that we did run into a delay and we did compensate you for this. We do apologise if you feel the quality of the sign was not up to standard but we have not had any response in regards to the quality of your sign. If you could please contact us and show us the problems we would be more than happy to look at this for you. In regards to Arcola, this is our trading name and why it is on your paperwork.
