“I am sad to say that I was very disappointed with my steam train house sign. Having waited around six weeks for it, it arrived a few days before Christmas. I was shocked when I opened the package. The sign looked cheap and amateurish and it even had a mark/slit across the top. There was no way that I could give it to my husband. This was to be his Christmas present and now I had nothing to give him. As a pensioner I can not afford to throw away £83 which is what I paid for it. (Now I see that the price has been reduced to £66) The useless sign is only fit for the bin whereas I had originally imagined that it would grace the front of our porch.”
