“I was really looking forward to receiving our personalised plaque however some of the letters were wonky still waiting for someone to come back to me to rectify this not very good customer service when there's a complaint!”

“I found the site a little difficult to use as what I wanted was not on there, and I ended up phoning the company for help. The person there was fairly helpful and I put in my order. I had a couple of updates on the signs progress and it arrived as they stated. I should have liked a photo of the sign as they envisaged it, and indeed, as I envisaged it, to confirm that was what I wanted, before they went ahead and made it. It was well packaged and I shall be taking it to my daughter as it was a Christmas present. I think the site needs to be easier to use with, as I mentioned, the ability to receive a photo of my request first. On the whole, am happy with the product, it is heavier than I thought it would be and it was difficult to see what type of material would be used to make it. Would I use this company again, probably, as I liked the updates, but an easier more simple site would be better. I am fairly pleased with the sigh and hope my daughter is too.”

Due to the hand painted nature of each individual sign it is a little difficult to provide this service but we will be sure to mention this to the web guys who will look in to adding this as a feature on our website!
