Hi I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the product received. As our hand-crafted resin signs are all hand made we do advise on the website that the display image is an example image only. The layout depends on the amount of lettering and the size of the plaque ordered. There appears to be more space on your sign due to having less characters than our website example and purchasing a larger sign. However, as we could see that you were not entirely satisfied we did provide a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. Kind Regards, Village Green
