A mock-up of this house sign was sent over to the customer before it was made, however unfortunately upon arrival was not happy with the layout. Unfortunately there wasn't anything more that we could do in this situation as the sign was dispatched as per our mock-up and painted as per the image shown on our website. We never like to see a customer unhappy and are more than happy to offer alternatives and a solution, but unfortunately haven't heard anything back to be able to resolve this.
