“Underwhelmed and it took ages I ordered my sign on 8th June and it eventually arrived 12th August. As I only wanted three numbers on my sign I requested in my email that the design fill as much of the remaining space as possible. Sadly this seems to have been totally ignored and there is a lot of blank black space, There is also a small cut in the rim and a small flaw on the face. The quality of hand painting is excellent but only covers a small area. Overall I am very underwhelmed and would not order again.”

We do apologise that your order arrived a week late, we do advise on the website that orders take approx 8 weeks but that we were experiencing a delay during our premises relocation. If this caused any inconvenience then we do apologise. Regarding the product, am sorry to hear that you were underwhelmed with the product. I can see that the sign was for numbers only and then a flat hand-painted design, which the artist should have painted to accommodate the space on the sign. We do advise on our website to contact our customer care team to discuss any issues or faults with an order however I am unable to locate any correspondence regarding this?
