“Avoid, all looks good on website but product is poor quality, when we ordered delivery was 6 to 8 weeks, we had one email saying item was cast and going through quality control before going to artist for hand painting. We finally got delivery 11.5 weeks later, when we got the items the lettering was all wonky, the letter A was leaning to one side and the letter F was drooping by about 2mm bearing in mind the letters are so small how can 2mm droop be in tolerance when it looks so obviously flawed. Netherless they said it was within acceptable tolerance even though when you read their terms and conditions nothing is mentioned regards the letters maybe wonky, so they lied that it was in their terms and conditions. Generally feel cheated and lied too, we felt that the item was taking a longtime to deliver but felt that if it was going through quality control we felt assured that we would at least get a good product, NOT SO. The resin is was cast from, was warped on the rear surface so it wasn't flat, and air bubbles were evident from the resin. Very disappointed, wouldn't be surprised if everything they said was fabricated and the product took so long because it was coming from china.”
