“I placed an order back in February, it arrived last week ! Well the sign was beautiful but unfortunately not mine, especially annoying as it was sent with a highlighted invoice and printout of my mock-up ! Since then I have had to chase for any updates and communication as to the whereabouts of my sign has been very poor. Culminating with being told today that it is my fault it went missing as ‘I insisted’ on sending back the item, terrible customer service. To now be told I will have to wait ANOTHER 4-6 weeks for a replacement ! I did not want to write a bad review but sadly have been pushed to it today.”

Hi Tess I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service received. I have looked into this and can see that there was a dispatch error which we duly apologise for. However as we were unable to get the courier to successfully collect it from the incorrect address, we arranged two further replacement signs for you. We apologise that you had to wait 4 weeks for the replacement, this was expedited and is the quickest turnaround we are able to supply due to the processed involved in the hand-crafted plaques, Apologies for any inconvenience caused. We do hope that you are happy with the final product :)

“Love the plaque, it’s beautifully made. The only downside is the long wait for it after ordering, but it’s worth the wait and the company let you know how long the wait will be and they keep you updated. Very good customer service.”
