Thank you for your feedback. I have checked with dispatch and your nozzles will be leaving today, my thanks for your patience. We've had a tough few weeks during which we have made some change to our operations to improve our business for the future. We all appreciate our customers' current frustrations and we apologise that we've not been able to respond as we would have liked. We're coming out of this funk and can see normal levels of service are returning quickly and we'll get back to the old Viking ways soon. The Viking Team.
