Hi David Many thanks for taking the trouble to leave us a review and my apologies that you have still not received your order. I know Sue has been in touch via e mail to confirm we dispatched it via Royal Mail (as requested) on the 6th December. Due to the strikes we are experiencing delays with all Royal Mail deliveries.
