“I paid £19.95 for next day, before 10:30 delivery and spoke with sales to ensure it would be dispatched... but no, I waited and at around 10 the next day I had a text saying it would arrive at 3-4pm that day. Sad to say I was depending on it and Viking let me down.”

Good Morning Thank you for taking the trouble to leave a review for your recent purchase, I can only apologies that it fell down at the point of being with DPD. I can see we have refunded you in full and we have taken this up with DPD and put in a formal complaint. In the main DPD offer us an excellent service but do rely on temporary drivers when demand threatens their normal services and unfortunately these drivers don’t have the same commitment as their employed drivers. Traffic accidents and road issues can also effect AM deliveries which could have accounted for the issue. Once again my apologies that your delivery was effected despite Viking dispatching it on time and in line with your requirements. Kind Regards Melanie
