“The tape is great. The service was poor. I was told after ordering that not all of my order (2 rolls of tape) was in stock, so I asked for what was in stock to be sent. I got no reply, then to recieve another email that my order was delayed because of a delayed shipment, only to get both rolls of the the day after I said I'd go elsewhere. Viking can do better, they have in the past.”

Thank you for your feedback. We've had a tough few weeks during which we have made some change to our operations to improve our business for the future. We all appreciate our customers' current frustrations and we apologise that we've not been able to respond as we would have liked. We're coming out of this funk and can see normal levels of service are returning quickly and we'll get back to the old Viking ways soon. The Viking Team.
