“During a Victorian house renovation I tried to prevent heat loss and improve noise reduction by installing 5mm acrylic sheet secondary glazing. In order to attach the 2.3mX1.0M sheets to the window frame I used Viking's magnetic glazing kit which worked very well. The panels were easily detachable and did not detract from the box sash appearance as secondary glazing normally does. When using such large sheet acrylic it needs to be supported underneath to prevent the sheet slipping downwards under its own weight. Many thanks Viking Jonathan C”
