Good Afternoon Jerry, thank you for your comments regarding your recent order. I have investigated this for you and I can see we received your order on 11th March and sent an e mail explaining we were waiting for the stock from the Manufacturer 3M on the 12th, this gives you the option to request a full refund if you can't wait. We did not receive a reply so left your order on the system which was dispatched on the 24th and I can see signed for on 25th. I am sorry if you feel this denotes us idiots. We pride ourselves on our Customer service and always update Customers if we are in an out of stock situation so they have the opportunity of waiting or receiving a full refund. Kind Regards.
