Good Morning Mark My apologies that you did not receive your full order, I know you requested we send the 6 rolls we had when you rang on the 26th April and requested we keep the remaining 4 rolls on backorder. Unfortunately we are experiencing raw material shortages on this particular product line. Would you prefer that we issue a refund for the rolls not yet received? Many Thanks. Melanie
