Good Afternoon Samantha. Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with our service, I have looked into your order and can see it was received on the 13th August and sent in full on the 17th August. From your comments you say you did not receive the blue tape (you ordered 5 colours in total). Can you please confirm this and the correspondence you have sent us as we have no record of any.
