“This has to be one of the heaviest specification double sided tapes around and I mean exactly that. This has been used in two special applications, no I'm not a commercial customer, so, nothing to do with volume use, etc, but here's where this tape and Viking tapes have been such an amazing help. I was made aware of this in November 2020 after a desperate search for double-sided tape for a custom instrument case for a set of Irish pipes for teaching / touring. A previous case lining was ruined by another supplier's material, so an entire re-carve of foam had to be done, did me a favour actually. Viking tapes came to my rescue and this tape bonds ANYTHING! even you if you're not careful :) This lined the case with a beautiful fabric finish. The second application was out of crisis. I am a carer for my mum, I'm disabled myself, Lost dad in december 2017 and the house is suffering from various problems, one of which being damp and wallpaper pealing off. Tried a spare piece of this and the wallpaper in question was re-bonded to the wall, which cheered mum up. The wallpaper wouldn't rebond to a normal application of wallpaper paste, etc due to damp, but this works great with a little careful prep. So, this tape will stick anything to anything. I nickname it the tape that welds. Never mind U-HU, this is the stuff you want. Thank you to Viking tapes for getting me through a sticky patch.”
