“The product was absolutely brilliant for what I intended. Unfortunately, the process of purchasing could have been much much easier. There is no 'Click and Collect' option. This is bizarre in this day and age of online ordering, especially if, like me, I am local and can dispense with postage. Other businesses I deal with and order on line with, have the Click and Collect option, on their website. The situation where you pay for the P&P and then have it repaid, it unnecessary and a poor use of employees time. Not efficient, really.”
