“Firstly, thank you for the opportunity to respond to your Survey. I'm not normally someone who complains about products or services however I do feel a little dissatisfied with my first experience with Viking Tapes. 1- your survey suggests feedback is on your company and the service you provide however the survey questions only relate to the product. 2- 24 - 48hrs was stated due to the cutting of the Tape prior to delivery - no problem I accounted for this in the plan. 3 - It took me to email in asking the whereabouts of my order as it was a week overdue just to be told, 'its still' on its way. A courtesy email to update me on the order progress would have been great as at this point, my services on a particular project were on stop. eBay, of all places, got me a meter within a day of placing the order, then a day later my order from you arrived, with no mention from anyone on your team. I'm sure you can appreciate, in my industry, and especially being a small business that is growing fairly rapidly, I cannot wait around with such a lack of communication. Hi Ben Many thanks for taking the time to let us know about your dissatisfaction with our service. My apologies that you experienced a delay with this product. We have experienced delays in supply from the Manufacturer 3M and do try to keep in touch with all our Customers when we find ourselves in this situation, but on this occasion we were overwhelmed with orders on top of being short staffed due to the holiday season.
