Hi Robert. Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review on your purchase. I wanted to re-assure you we only stock and supply legitimate 3M Polyurethane Protective Tape Ref: 8671HS (commonly knows as helicopter or bike tape). We have been a 3M authorised distributor since 1989 and only supply the genuine 3M product. If you look at the tape in a good light you will see a faint 3M branded on the liner that you remove. It is almost opaque but I hope it gives you the reassurance you are looking for that Viking only sell genuine 3M products. “Decent tape for protecting my bike, time will tell if it lasts but initially looks promising. Reasonably flexible to attach around curves etc. Take your time to ensure no air bubbles, gently round the corners with sharp scissors to help ensure the edges don't catch and start to peel.”
