Good Morning and thank you for letting us know you have not received your order. This was sent on the 2nd October via the method requested, which was second class post. Unfortunately we are unable to check or track the delivery when this option is selected. Now that we know you have not received your tape we will send it out again free of charge. Please let us know by the end of the week if this delivery has not been successful. Royal Mail can be a hit and miss unfortunately. Many Thanks. The Viking Team.
