“The doors themselves are lovely and look great, however, there were issues with incorrect items being delivered or they were damaged. On the first delivery, we had a damaged door, along with not only a damaged frame, but they'd sent the wrong size frame (smaller instead of larger, so we could even cut them down to size). Each time we had to wait around 7-10 days for redelivery, there was no priority given to redelivery of damaged items and it took 3 attempts before we received goods in an acceptable condition. (Each party blaming the other for the damage - so who knows who was at fault!) Each time we were told that the delivery company would collect the damaged items, but they didn't, so we ended up with a damaged door and two frames to get rid of - a trip to the tip for us and we had to cut the door down to get it in the car. For the amount of money that we paid (over £1000 for our full order), I would have expected much more care to have been taken with the product as well as more priority over redelivery when damaged items were received. Also, the installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. We had a qualified joiner to fit ours and even he didn't fully understand some of the instructions. The joiner did say the doors and frame were of good quality, but not sure I'd reorder from here, even just for normal doors due to the hassle of the damaged items. I would have probably rated the product higher had it not been for the issues we had with incorrect or damaged products on delivery and it taking 3 attempts to receive everything.”
