For an enjoyable and motivating workout experience, the Satori exercise bike won’t disappoint. Its 9kg (19.8lbs) flywheel ensures smooth riding with 32 levels of computer-controlled magnetic resistance to vary the intensity and get your legs working harder. The 20 workout programmes present a challenge to get you pedalling towards your fitness goals. Measure heart rate via the hand pulse sensors or the wireless receiver (chest strap optional) and see your progress using the four heart rate control workouts. 4 user profiles allow feedback, shown on the dual colour backlit LCD display, to be personalised by saving gender, age, height and weight info. Comfort is critical for successful riding which is why the large seat is padded and adjustable horizontally and vertically, the handlebars are adjustable and there is a conveniently located bottle holder. Easy to construct, instructions are clear and legible, bike is robust , heart monitor and exercise programs are good. Don't expect it to be like your gym bike though, it's a different experience, but as far as calories and workout the end result will be the same.

An actual bike-shaped machine which is very smooth and steady to use. Building takes very little time and the exercise routines are self-explanatory. It looks very good in black and red - very GT! A welcome addition to my mini-gym. I love it.

Easy to assemble; so far easy to setup and use. Slight concern over alignment of handlebar, but not a problem in use.
