I’m very impressed with this company and the bike. Perhaps a surprising statement, given that after I set up the bike it didn’t work…These things can happen and in this situation, the way the company reacts is important. Viavito were irreproachable. We discussed over the phone and it was surmised that the problem was the power cable. They sent out a new power cable but it still didn’t work. I suggested the issue could be with the console as there are obviously electronics involved here. They sent out a new console but still no joy. Subsequently they sent me a completely new bike and asked me to mix and match freely, so that we had a fully functioning machine. Operationwise, the bike is very quiet as many others have said and stable, due to the weight of the mainframe. It’s easy to change the height. The console is a bit tricky to get the hang of, as has also been said. It’s a really useful piece of equipment to have when you can’t get to a gym or go for a swim during lockdown. One note of caution – the equipment is quite heavy, 30 kg. The mainframe must be around 20 kg of this. If you’re older and if you have a dodgy back, lifting this out of the box is not a good idea. We got round this by taking everything else out of the box then sliding it along the floor until it was in position and cutting the cardboard box away from the mainframe, so there was no lifting involved. We already recommended Viavito to an acquaintance of my wife. She bought a bike and is very happy with it.

The bike is amazing! The assembly was very easy, only part where you might want to call someone to help with,is to connect the cables in the front bar, while trying to put it together.Managed by myself, but cost me a bit of nerve! :D The machine should definitely be assembled by a male, its very sturdy and has a good weight to it..the front bar itself has a good weight. The feel of the machine is of a good quality and its super quiet! As others pointed out, getting used to the onboard computer will take a time. Display is big, easy to read and has tons of options! The 32 levels of resistance must be more than sufficient! Have actually not tested lvl 32 yet,but I am for a while doing 30 min workout at levels 16,18 and 20 after each 10 minutes and can tell you that lvl 20 is already solid! Al in all,in this price tag I think its one of the best machines you can get, plus it has variety of functions(very important ones) that you may not see even with lot more expensive machines.Enjoy!

Very quiet and smooth when pedalling hard, comfortable saddle particularly when wearing cycling shorts. I little complicated to set up user profiles even after several attempts but I am happy to use the manual programme until I am conversant with the instruction book! Very impressed with quality and build its much better quality and value than I expected at the price. Much better in all aspects than a Roger Black bike that I used a few years ago.

The finish and quality of this exercise bike far exceeds its price tag. I love the resistance dial and all the read out's in one place. and a resistance range of 32 is excellent for stepping up or down with fine control. This bike sits along side familiar brands and costs a lot less. I'm well impressed.

The Satori exercise bike arrived really quickly, was easy to assemble and program. It is sturdy and therefore stable, but looks good and is comfortable and quiet to use. It has a range of different programs to work through. The display panel is brilliant, as you get a constant readout of your progress, which includes speed, RPM, distance, calories used and your pulse rate. I'm more than happy to recommend this exercise bike.
