Take to the Sina elliptical cross trainer for effective, low-impact cardiovascular workouts with fluid motion thanks to the 9kg (19.8lbs) flywheel. The stride length measures 38cm (15”) and the footplates are large to ensure a comfortable exercise position. Raise the resistance using the 32 computer controlled magnetic levels and test yourself on the 20 workout programmes that include 12 pre-set, 4 heart rate control, watt, body fat and more. Your feedback is displayed on the dual colour backlit LCD screen, and the machine boasts a kilometre/mile switch and 4 user profiles that can be customised to get more precise feedback. There are both fixed and moving handlebars with hand pulse sensors on the fixed ones for measuring heart rate, which can also be done via the wireless receiver and a chest strap (not included). “It took no time at all to build this machine, and when I tested it for the first time it was so smooth and easy to use. The various functions are basically self explanatory and can give the user a virtually limitless variety of moves to make you sweat! I had previously exercised on a 2-in1 X-trainer and bike combined - this machine takes it to another level. I love it.”

“The purchases was slick and easy. I appreciated the personal touch to arrange delivery which was really efficient. Putting together was greatly enhanced with the video. I don’t do manuals so this was excellent. One issue though was I was left with a pair of plastic covers with no idea where, or how, to fit them. This seemed to have been omitted from the video. Since using it I have had to move it to a better location. There seemed to be extraneous noise when operating which has eased with tightening all the screws. I like the equipment and chose it over one my trainer has because it seemed to have more functionality. Whether I need this will be proved in time. So far, really good.”

“Mainly happy with smooth operation but disappointed that the damage which occurred in packing/transit has not been addressed. The screws have had to be tightened up as the trainer was squeaking badly. Having now tightened everything I find that it is still squeaking which is a bit annoying.”
