Great way of working out and building stamina, I started with 20mins just on the bike and now I'm up to 30mins on the cross trainer. Would highly recommend to anyone who is trying to get fit. It fits nicely in a spare room and is fairly quiet on the wooden floor but would recommend using matting to keep the noise down.

The cross trainer works very well. I don’t feel that the bike is at all line a bike. I see this more as a cross trainer with a seat if I need a rest. I could use it to do serious cycling. Primarily I wanted the cross trainer so that is absolutely fine

I bought this because I am having a hip replacement revision in the next month or two and need to get fitter to help my recovery. Usually I go for walks, but this is hard on crutches and there's always a danger of falling which would be 'catastrophic' (the consultant's word). I expected to use the bike mostly but find that I love the cross trainer. It's great being able to switch from one to the other so easily. Already, after just 3 weeks, my stamina has improved.

On the whole I'm very pleased with it, the only drawback is that it wants that it wants the use to input the date and time ever time it is plugged in, which is quite annoying and I haven't found a way to work around it yet.

Arrived 2 days after ordering. Quite easy assembly although instructions said to use bolt D and there isn't a bolt D! Easily solved as all bolts are N so used them!! Easy to move from bike to cross trainer and back again and easy to use computer (if you are serious about setting goals for training - I'm not!) Quiet operation for first week but today mine has developed a slight 'knock' on each pedal revolution which is annoying as I cannot see where it is coming from. Sturdy machine, and although heavy in delivery boxes, it is easily moved once assembled using the wheels in the feet. All in all, seems to be good value for the price and does exactly what I would expect from a cross trainer/bike.
