The Viavito Onyx folding exercise bike is a convenient and practical piece of equipment that will help you get in shape and work your lower body. There are 8 levels of manually-controlled magnetic resistance and the cast iron flywheel weighs 1.2kg (2.6lbs) and is friction-free, encouraging smoother motion. This indoor cycle is strong but light and easy to fold up and store after use, making it very space-efficient and an excellent choice for use at home. The single LCD console will display a full range of live session feedback including time, speed, distance, calories, odometer and your pulse when using the hand pulse sensors. “First got an ONYX in Nov 2015 but it didn't work properly. VIAVITO quickly arranged collection and replacement and that ONYX, I had that one until Feb 2020 so over four years. It was good value as it was used a lot. The new one has different pedals and velcro instead of rubber straps so should be easier to fit most feet and now it has a pin to keep the bike closed when not in use which is a good idea especially when moving it about the home making carrying far easier. Hopefully I am going to get the same amount of wear out of this one. It was the black rubber drive belt that perished. Assembly is straight forward as mentioned by other customers. Delivery was next day so can't fault the bike or company thank you.”

“The bike was easy to assemble on my own. The quality is very sturdy and easily moved and ‘folded’ The saddle is a good width rather than narrow and uncomfortable. The resistance between least and most is not too much difference but I am very happy with the work out it gives. I would certainly recommend.”

“We received this new bike as replacement for one bought a year ago on which the friction belt broke. We were very pleased with the no quibble service and immediate replacement sent to us under the 24 month guarantee. The new bike is the same sturdy construction, simple to put together and smooth action as the original. My only small criticism of the construction is the fiddly toe straps, which seems due to the use of two thin strips of Velcro rather than one thick one. It also seems to me that the resistance level of the new bike does not seem to be as high as the original one, even at the highest level - it's as though the friction belt has not been put on as tight, so that the whole range of resistance is lower. Is there any way of adjusting this ?”

“I really like this bike. It takes up little room, folds away nicely, yet is sturdy and stable. It is reasonably comfortable, certainly enough for a decent indoor workout, though for my taste the saddle could be a bit smaller. There is a good range of resistance, though probably too much at the lower end of the range. The display shows all the basic stuff I want. Tremendous value.”
